WedReserve is a digital platform designed to promote wedding venues, vendors, and related service providers and facilitate introductions between Partners and potential clients.

The Platform allows Partners to create listings showcasing their services, images, and business information so that couples and wedding planners can discover and contact them.

WedReserve currently acts solely as a marketing and promotional platform.

WedReserve does not process payments, manage bookings, or enter into contracts between Partners and clients. Any agreements, bookings, or payments are made directly between the Partner and the client.

WedReserve may introduce additional features or services in the future, which may be subject to additional terms.

Partners may register through the form available on the WedReserve website.

By registering, Partners confirm that:

• the information provided is accurate and complete
• they have the authority to represent the listed business
• they will keep their profile information up to date

WedReserve reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any registration or listing at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

Each Partner account is personal to the registered business and may not be transferred or resold.

Partners are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login credentials.

WedReserve currently offers the following listing options:

Free Listing (Freemium)

Partners may create a basic listing on the Platform including business details, images, and contact information.

Free listings may have limited visibility within search results and platform promotions.

Premium Listing

Partners may choose to upgrade to a Premium listing which provides enhanced visibility and promotional benefits, including:

• priority placement within WedReserve listings
• cross-promotion opportunities with other partners
• up to two promotional posts per month on WedReserve social media channels
• preferential recommendation within Wedmethere, WedReserve’s wedding planning service, when accounts are active and up-to-date

WedReserve reserves the right to modify or expand service tiers, benefits, or promotional offerings at any time.

Premium listings are available for a fee of €500 per year.

The Premium listing becomes active once payment has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WedReserve does not charge commissions on bookings made directly between Partners and clients.

WedReserve reserves the right to update its pricing structure in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

WedReserve reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner account or remove a listing where:

• the Partner breaches these Terms
• the listing contains false or misleading information
• the listing infringes intellectual property rights
• the Partner engages in misconduct that could damage the reputation of the Platform
• the account remains inactive for a prolonged period

Termination or removal of an account does not automatically entitle the Partner to a refund of any fees already paid.

Partners may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting WedReserve.

Partners retain ownership of all content they upload to the Platform.

By submitting content (including images, descriptions, logos, and other materials), Partners grant WedReserve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of:

• operating the Platform
• promoting the Partner listing
• marketing WedReserve through websites, social media, and promotional materials

WedReserve may suggest edits or improvements to listings but will not materially modify Partner content without consent.

Partners may reference their presence on WedReserve in their own marketing materials. However, the WedReserve name, logo, or branding may not be used in a way that implies endorsement or partnership beyond the listing relationship without prior written permission.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all content they upload.

WedReserve acts solely as a marketing and promotional platform connecting Partners with potential clients.

WedReserve:

• does not guarantee any number of inquiries, leads, or bookings
• does not participate in contracts between Partners and clients
• does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of Partner services

All agreements, payments, services, and contractual relationships are strictly between the Partner and the client.

WedReserve shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from services provided by Partners.

Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedReserve and Wedmethere Ltd from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal disputes arising from the Partner’s services, operations, or interactions with clients.

WedReserve processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

Where client inquiries are transmitted through the Platform, WedReserve processes personal data for the purpose of operating the Platform and facilitating communication.

Partners receiving client information through the Platform are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling such data.

Personal data collected through the Platform will only be used for legitimate business purposes including communication and service inquiries.

WedReserve reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or its services at any time.

Where significant changes affect Partner services or fees, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
